This photo of the sun setting on Little Go Home Bay in the Muskoka region of Ontario, brings back feelings of peace, serenity, and the warmth of summer for me. We didn’t have the best of summers this year in Canada, so moments like this one on Labour Day weekend were especially sweet.
A sudden rainstorm peppers the lake in Muskoka, known as Ontario’s cottage country. You might think this was a black and white photo, but actually the water, sky and trees all turned this same shade of gloom.
